Founder & Managing Director
Eric Smith brings over a decade of diverse industry experience, including direct leadership of medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and revenue cycle teams. A graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in business and economics, Eric began his career in finance and manufacturing before turning his focus to healthcare operations — where he found his calling in helping practices thrive financially without compromising on care.
